“Allow, Accept & Receive”
Upon hearing these three charming words in a recent yoga class, I wanted to reflect a little more on these words and ask myself a question. How can we include these words into our daily practice? How can we ‘allow, accept & receive’ in more areas of our lives?
If we could just allow things to be as they are without a need to pull or push away, to limit ones desire to always require more and possibly liberate ourselves from the judging mind and the awareness of not always having to be in control of all things.
Can we then decluttered ourselves and move beyond the thinking mind and arrive to a place of acceptance. And upon finding this place of acceptance for not only ourselves but all beings, can we then surrender to a deeper sense of awareness, a place of silence that illuminates to the path of our true selves.
I believe once we have delved into the act of allowing and accepting we are able to receive all occurrences in our lives from a place of love, peace, joy and harmony. A genuine sense of flow with what is.
